The hotel is pleased to offer ADA compliant rooms. These rooms are subject to availability, so please contact the hotel directly and advise of your preferences when making your reservation.
Guests must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur in a fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Reservations labeled as non-refundable / non-cancellable incur in a fee equal to the full deposit, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Checks are not accepted as a method of payment.

Coolers are not permitted on property. Should one be discovered, a non-refundable daily fee of $100 USD will be applied to the guest’s bill.
The resort offers connecting rooms that are subject to availability.
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit and Debit cards will be authorized $200 at check-in to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
To guarantee early check-in, guests must Pre-Register by reserving the night prior to arrival, then inform the hotel of arrival time to ensure the reservation is not cancelled.
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request however, a fee equal to one night’s room and tax will apply.

Gift certificate reservations should be made at least 21 days in advance. Rates are based on single and double occupancy. There will be an additional charge of $30 USD per person, per night, for the third and fourth person in the room over 13 years old. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per room, excluding Suites and Villas.
ID is required upon check-in. Please be sure to have proper form of identification, such as a valid passport or driver's license.
Late check-outs are based upon availability and will only be confirmed on the day of departure. For checkouts before 3 pm, a fee equal to 50% of one night's stay will apply. For check-outs after 3 pm, a fee equal to one night's stay will apply.
Copamarina is proud to be the very first on the island with an Automatic Misting System that provides continuous control all year round. The system automatically delivers an all-natural spray made up of essential oils that kills mosquitos on contact, decreasing the mosquito population by 90%.
Self-parking is included for hotel guests and is complimentary for visitors. The hotel is not responsible for damages or loss to any vehicle or it’s contents.
The property is equipped with three Level-2 EV Chargers. Chargers require payment using their respective applications. Once vehicle is fully charged, vehicle must be relocated to allow other guests in need.
We welcome ADA-compliant Service Animals only. The hotel must be notified at the time of booking, and all respective documents must be presented at check-in; a deep cleaning charge of $200.00 USD per pet will be added in your check-out, including our Pet Policies and Agreement.
Guests will be charged a 20% resort fee, per night, that includes: self-parking; in-room coffee and tea; in-room bottled water; in-room safe; beach and pool services; bicycle rental; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; ping pong tables; and a fitness center.
We are a 100% non-smoking resort. Should we discover any signs of smoking in the guest room, a $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied to the guest's final bill.
